Good Camera-Sad it does not allow bumper and dash camera
Good, but the camera only allows for one connection (so one camera for the front and one for the back wont work+ the wifi situation messes up with the phone and LTE connection, kind of a bummer it also struggles with parking mode at times, even with updates and that the app needs to run 24/7 in the background. It would be best if it was like Ring but for your Car.
Needs better audio
Easy to set up and install. Audio isn't loud enough. Absolutely pointless
Well over a year later.
So it’s been 16 months since I purchased this camera. I LOVE IT. It has been the best investment I’ve made for myself. It has saved me from being considered at fault on 3 separate incidents. It has also helped me keep track of my mileage for work. I love it. Definitely want to purchase a more high end model, and now consider myself a customer for life. Thank you for your amazing product.
It took a while to figure some things out. It wasn't connecting to my Iphone on a consistent basis especially when I leave home. If I want to record before I leave my garage, I have to manually connect it to the "Nexar wifi network". It is also inconsistant in saving the video within the app where it can be played. I get some where "there was an issue". It does the same thing going to the cloud where you might or might not be able to play the video. From what I can determine by pulling the files from the SD card I have retrieved all of them. A recommendation would be a button in the app to allow us to re-send them to the Nexar cloud or our own cloud service. It would also be nice to know where the videos and data are stored on the phone.
