Conditions for Participating

  • This promotion is valid only to individuals who: are at least 18 years old, reside in the United States, and  hold a valid driver's license.
  • Each Nexar user can only be eligible to receive one gift card.
  • Your participation in this promotion is subject to Nexar’s prior approval, which shall be held at Nexar sole discretion.
  • Participation in this promotion shall be on a “first come, first served” basis and is limited The promotion will be valid until the depletion of the stock. Nexar reserves the right to terminate this promotion at any time, at its sole discretion.

Payment and gift card

  • Following the completion of the registration process and your approval of these Terms and Conditions (this “T&C”) your credit card will be charged and Nexar will mail a HaloCam dashboard camera (the “Dash Cam”) to the address specified in the checkout form.
  • Nexar will provide a digital gift card subject to the following conditions, to be fulfilled within 90 days from receipt of the Dash Cam (the “Conditions”):
          (1) Registration of the camera at www.getnexar.com/gift and providing an email address
          (2) Installation of Nexar’s mobile application - available through the app store (the “Nexar App”)
          (3) Successful integration between the Nexar App installed on your mobile and the Dash Cam; and
          (4) 100 miles driven using the Nexar App integrated with the Dash Cam, within 90 days of receiving the Dash Cam.
  • Once 100 miles are driven with the dash cam and the Nexar app, Nexar will send an email notification to the email address provided at the camera registration.
  • You can claim your gift card using this link, where you can also check how many miles you’ve driven with Nexar.
  • You’ll be able to choose between an Amazon gift card or a Visa Incentive Card administered by GiftBit within 30 days as of the complete fulfilment of all Conditions.
  • The gift card and necessary conditions are relevant to the bearer of the email address entered during the camera registration.

Return and Warranty

  • You may return the Dash Cam to Nexar via USPS within 30 days from your receipt of the Dash Cam (including in the event of receipt of a damaged/malfunctioned Dash Cam or failure by the Dash Cam, the Nexar App and/or your mobile device to integrate), and Nexar will refund you within 30 days of receipt of the Dash Cam in Nexar's shipping center at https://shop.getnexar.com/a/returns, provided however that the Dash Cam is returned to Nexar in its original condition and packaging and that your have not received the Refund following your completion of the Conditions.
  • In the event in which the Dash Cam is returned to Nexar in damaged condition prior to the fulfillment of the Conditions, Nexar reserves the right to withhold the Refund, or any part thereof.
  • Nexar hereby provides you with a one-year warranty for the Dash Cam as of the date of your receipt of the Dash Cam. In the event of any defect or malfunction in the Dash Cam (which were not caused due to unreasonable use by you or anyone else) occurring during such warranty period, you may return the Dash Cam to Nexar via USPS to the address mentioned above and Nexar will repair or replace your Dash Cam (at Nexar’s sole discretion).


  • You hereby acknowledge and agree that the Dash Cam is provided on an "as is" basis, and no condition, warranty or representation, express or implied, is given as to the results or performance obtained or to be obtained from the Dash Cam or your use thereof.
  • In no event shall Nexar be responsible for any expense or damage caused: (1) as a result of your use of the Dash Cam, (2) the failure of the Nexar App, or (3) your participation in this promotion, even if Nexar has been advised of the possibility of such damages.


  • Please note that before using the Nexar App you will be required to approve its Terms and Conditions, located at https://www.getnexar.com/terms and Privacy Policy at https://www.getnexar.com/privacy.
  • These T&C, governing your participation in this promotion, will be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of these T&C shall be commenced in the State of New York, county of New York.
