Easter sale
I had A bit of an issue with the Easter sale but everything was resolved by tin and Mary their customer support was unlike any customer support I’ve ever received and their response time was very fast and they were very helpful I’ve had the Nexar one for about 2 years now and it works fantastic it’s just a little slow when you try to watch it live but that’s ok 10/10 recommend their products
NEXAR ONE 3-Months Later
Some initial pairing issues the first week using the OBO; however, NEXAR’s 24/7 support was excellent in assisting me a successful pairing via phone support. The following 3-1/2 months of usage has not been disappointing. There are a few resolution options you can select via the Connect app. Still learning all its features on a daily basis, so advise familiarizing one self going thru the available tutorials in setting your expectations as you would with any technology tool. I purchased one for my daughters auto as well for both our peace of minds. While not experiencing any accidents there have been numerous times there have been near misses where other drivers have cut in front of us for near misses. Again, Customer Support is First Class

At beginning setup was difficult, but with the help of Nexar team it turned into a great experience.
A Joy to have
It’s great, I didn’t want to power the camera with the OBD 2 connector because I want to keep it free. Another HWK is great to have a dedicated power source for the camera.
